HAIL STORM ("the extension") is a single-purpose retro arcade game playable from the browser toolbar. This policy explains what data the extension does — and does not — handle.

HAIL STORM does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, browsing history, or user activity of any kind.

Local Storage

The extension uses the chrome.storage API to save two pieces of data, locally on your own device only:

• Your high score
• Your sound on/off preference

This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never transmitted to any server, developer, or third party
• Is not linked to your identity in any way
• Can be cleared at any time by removing the extension

Permissions

HAIL STORM requests a single permission, storage, used exclusively for the local high score / sound preference described above. The extension does not request access to your tabs, browsing history, webcam, microphone, location, or any website content, and does not run on or interact with any web page.

Remote Code

HAIL STORM does not load, fetch, or execute any remote code. All game logic, artwork, and assets are bundled directly into the extension package.

Third Parties

HAIL STORM does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services of any kind.

Children's Privacy

HAIL STORM does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and the updated policy will be posted at this same URL.
